He is available seven days or nights a week, whenever it is convenient for you. This appointment is free of charge and carries no obligation whatsoever.
Step 2: Consultation
During your appointment with Sandy he will utilize his interior design expertise to create a preliminary design for your project. He will provide you with a detailed quote of all the work involved and he will draw from his 40+ years experience in the industry to answer any questions you may have. Sandy will also provide you with a list of references in your area who would be more than happy to show you our work in their homes and offices.
Step 3: Follow up
If you have any more questions or changes to be made after your initial consultation, please do not hesitate to call us. Sandy would be more than happy to discuss any concerns over the telephone or set up another appointment at your home or office. Sandy can bring samples of materials for your project right to your location, or he can escort you to the various suppliers and showrooms we work with throughout the Greater Toronto Area to help you better visualize the concepts of your project design. Once again, this fol1ow-up consultation is free of charge and carries no obligation whatsoever.
Step 4: Hire Snider Homes
Once you are ready to hire our company to move forward with your project, we will schedule another appointment for you to meet with Sandy where, together, you will draft and sign a contract for your job. Sandy will explain the process of all the work to be carried out, including the ordering of materials, selection of finishes, utilization of colours, trades people and more. He will also provide you with a guaranteed start-date of the work, as well an expected date of completion. A minimal deposit will then be taken and milestone payments will be arranged.
Step 5: Working Through the Project
All materials required for your project will be ordered immediately upon your decision and confirmation. We will make arrangements with you to gain access to your home for work to be carried out. You are welcome to be home and present if you wish, however, we typically take a spare key from our clients and put it in a lock box on your front door for all of our trades to have access to your home without interfering with your schedule. We are fully insured and bondable and we have never had a claim against us in the 30+ years we have been working in the GTA, or 60 years back in Windsor. Rest assured that all materials delivered on-site will be well protected until utilized in your job. A crew of our trades people will be assigned to your project and they will be dedicated to working for you on a daily basis. 8 am start times are typical for our crews, as we strive to provide you with the highest quality of workmanship while completing your project as quickly as we can. Our workers will take extreme care while working in your home or office and they will leave the job site every single workday even cleaner than when they began. We pay our staff for half an hour of cleaning at the end of each and every day. Sandy will work with you through every step of the job process. He will help you choose the appropriate materials for the job even before work begins. Right down to the very last detail, Sandy will offer up his Interior Design Expertise to help you select the perfect colours and finishes for your project. Between Sandy, his son Zack, and the company foreman, Snider Homes has three Project Managers who constantly monitor the progress of our crews to ensure all projects are moving forward in a timely and accurate manner.
Step 6: Job Completion
The milestone payments set out in our contracts always leave the customer ahead. We will not even ask for the final payment until all of our work is complete and a smile gleams across your face.
